Design

I started my career in the printing industry as a graphic designer. From day one I enjoyed the aspect that I was creating something new every day. The tools have changed over the years and although they make things a bit “easier” the bar for cutting-edge design is consistently being raised.

I tend to focus on creating marketing or advertising materials with a specific purpose. I embrace the concept of designing materials that resonate with your target market or niche. In this day and age, it is becoming almost impossible to reach a potential customer with all the distractions and advertising that bombards every channel they use. By speaking to them in their terms and images they relate to, your product or service can cut through the noise.

Design is no longer about pictures, typography, and colors. You need to evaluate all aspects of your product and service from the copy used on your web pages, the color used on your pens, the location of your “buy” buttons and how you respond to inquiries. The overall customer experience needs to be seamless, enjoyable, consistent across all channels of your brand and ultimately help your customer solve their problem quickly and efficiently.

Pay attention to successful brands. You will notice a majority of them obsess about their customer experience and design. Let’s put your business in the category of a successful brand!
